Pizzlecat 850
This exciting new project is set to hit the water soon. A handy size performance cat with coastal racing capability as well. It features clean high-speed hulls with plenty of dynamic lift and an emphasis on light weight construction.
The carbon cross beams have tapered ends which plug into sockets in the hull, allowing easy de-mountability. A 12m carbon rotating wingmast helps generate horsepower efficiently. The jib is fully battened and operates on a simple 3:1 purchase. A screecher or asymmetric kite flies from the prod for downwind performance
 Accommodation is minimal with single bunks in each hull. A 6 hp outboard mounts on the aft beam and a central storage pod allows handy storage for equipment and beverages. The Pizzlecat 850 would also make a neat beach cat for day sailing.
